Pepe Puyuelo, Juan Barbacil, Miguel Arlés or Jesús Solanas are just some of the forerunners of sommelier training in Aragón, which was born in the early 90s. Throughout these years, great and renowned sommeliers such as Raúl Igual, Manu Jiménez and Guillermo Cruz have passed through his hands. The Aragonese Master of Wine, Fernando Mora, is also closely linked to this association.
